Are you speaking in terms of the current geographical areas, or of the nations currently called by the names you cite? For example, no nation called Israel ever existed before 1948, although the tribe of Isrir (Israel) is referenced in Egyptian records (as a nomadic tribe, not as a country, nation or kingdom) at least 4,000 years ago.
