Can anyone give me an estimate on how big my pup will be when she is older?

She is a Bull Arab x Great Dane. At 9 weeks she weighed 5 kgs (11 pounds), 12 weeks 11.5 kgs (25 pounds), 14 weeks 13.6 kgs ( 29.98 pounds). she is now 15 weeks and is 46 cm (18 inches) tall, and roughly 14 kgs ( around 30 pounds). I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me an idea on her height and weight when 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. please i would like a rough idea :)
