He doesn't think you're a skank, he's just probably not as emotional and didn't see the bed as such a big thing as you do. When it comes to friends with guys, they always want to help each other out. When it comes to especially, this becomes a big issue. Your bf was just helping out a friend but he didn't think you would get your feelings hurt. Tell him how you feel though.
