Can I use trademarked names in my blog?

I work at Berlitz, a language school, and would like to blog about my experience, such as what Robert Scoble did at Mircosoft. I was told at the school that I couldn't use any of the trademarked names in my blog. Is this legally accurate? I understand my employer could fire me anytime they want for whatever I put in my blog, but could the courts come after me?
