What is my dream telling me?

i had a dream last night which has confused me. I mean, i dreamed i was smoking at school, i am not a smoker, but i kept having loads and i liked it. Then there was a teacher who caught us all smoking and so i started to drink my friends drink which made me cough lots. The next bit was i went into the corridor with another teacher who saw me coughing and he made me p out. Then he cut my opened and looked at my lungs. They were in bad condition, prob from smoking in my dream. Now i'm confused why i dreamed this... any help?
