Unfortunately, you're legally liable for the truck. The dealer won't take the car back, but you can always try to resolve it through your sister-in-law. Since she drives the truck, your only option is to get her to pay for her truck. Consider it a lesson learned...never to co-sign for anything...not even for your own children.
