How's this for 0bama's foreign policy legacy so far?

if the russians love us then they won't have to nuke us just make a deal with obama for a part of or all of america? if we do get nuked i don't think obama has the to push the botton? he will want to talk about it first, while we are being nuked?? whats next? maybe give the terriosts new york if they stop fighting?
