Failed UK bombings.....?

My theory is that the proffessional bombers have blown themselves up or been arrested so the terrorist groups are left with amateurs, and decided their best bet would be to put loads of bombs everywhere as british police will have trouble keeping up, and maybe one will go off, but that didn't happen either, cos they're really not that clever.
